Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
No. Personalized or custom-made jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of production defects or misspellings caused by us.
- Personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Non-personalized orders may be canceled within a limited timeframe.
Yes. Non-personalized items may be returned or exchanged if unused, in original condition, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and apply only to eligible, non-personalized items.
Customers cover return shipping unless the error was on our part.
